Cosmo launches new health bible

April 15

ACP Magazines’ Cosmopolitan this week launched Cosmopolitan Health, a new annual title featuring 212 pages packed with holistic advice, tips and inspiration on nutrition, beauty, happiness and fitness
Aimed at women aged 18-39 the new title looks at finding ways to improve their quality of life – from the health novice wanting to start making small exercise and nutritional changes to achieve better health, to the fitness fanatic who is looking for new ways to work out and challenge herself.
“We wanted to create a magazine that women will keep at hand year round and one that they turn to for the absolute best information and insightful advice,” said Cosmopolitan Health editor Franki Hobson.
