ACP Magazines appoints National Group Sales Manager

Louise Barrett, Sales Director, ACP Magazines today announced the appointment of Nicole Waudby (née Mathers) as a National Group Sales Manager.

Nicole worked at ACP from 1993 to 2005 on a range of titles including Cleo and Dolly as a National Sales Manager, then as National Group Sales Manager of Shop ‘Til You Drop and Sales Director of Madison. During that time, Nicole was an integral part of the launch of both Shop and Madison to the advertising market.

For the last five years, Nicole has worked at IPC Media in the UK, most recently as the Brand Advertising Director for both Marie Claire and Look where she was responsible for advertising revenues and strategy for both brands.

Nicole Waudby said, ‘I'm very excited to be returning to ACP and the Australian market after six years in London. While the economic climate has been a challenge, the luxury, fashion and beauty brands have sustained their presence in the market and have become more efficient and strategic with their media plans and creative campaigns.”

Louise Barrett said, “The portfolio of brands Nicole will be managing at ACP in 2011/12, include Grazia, Harper’s Bazaar, Madison and Cosmopolitan. These titles are regarded as some of the foremost creative media brands in the world. Nicole’s international experience will be extremely valuable to this already successful group of titles.”

Nicole starts with ACP Magazines on November 7th.
